We are renting out spaces in the Factory that formerly belonged to the Mastný family. The spaces available are factory halls especially suitable for storage, light manufacturing or art studios. Each floor has over 1000 m² and includes facilities. The load-bearing capacity of each floor is 630 kg/m². There is a freight elevator that can carry up to 1000 kg.

- It has electricity, water, and a sewage system and soon will be hooked up to gas.
