- Building a new entrance and gate from the northern side to the large hall on the ground floor
- Final inspection and approval of the boiler room
- Remodeling the drying room into an art studio – loft with facilities
- Remodeling spaces according to the needs of the new renters
- Remodeling of spaces for accommodations
- Relocating and installing the Water Management Collection in the basement
